Prices are quoted in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s). All orders are subject to acceptance by us.
Payment must be made in full at the time of order unless a leasing arrangement has been agreed in writing.
We accept payment via credit/debit cards and other methods as displayed at checkout, including Klarna for eligible purchases.
Leasing terms are subject to a separate leasing agreement. Weekly lease prices displayed on our website are indicative and may vary based on the specific terms agreed.
Leased equipment remains the property of aVEND or the leasing company for the duration of the lease.
Delivery timescales will be communicated at the time of order. We will make every reasonable effort to deliver within the stated timeframe but cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control.
Delivery and installation of vending machines and equipment will be arranged by our team.
Where a fully managed service is agreed, aVEND will provide regular restocking, cleaning, and maintenance as outlined in the service agreement.
Access to the machine location must be provided during agreed service hours.

Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty as specified at the time of purchase. Extended warranty options may be available — please contact us for details.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, aVEND shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product or service in question.
