For our customers’ data protection, Fudged Enterprises Ltd t/a aVEND is registered with The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) which upholds information rights in the UK.

The ICO promotes public interest in information openness and individual data privacy, regulating data protection laws like the UK GDPR and the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act, and taking enforcement action against organisations that breach these regulations.
